• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all tattoo appointments.

• Deposits go toward the final price of your tattoo.

• Appointments are first come, first served once the deposit is received.

• Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.

•Deposits may be transferred one time only with proper notice (see Cancellation Policy).

• 4 day notice is required to reschedule an appointment.

• Rescheduling with less than 4 days notice will result in loss of deposit.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will require a new deposit to rebook.

• Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

• Please arrive on time to your appointment.

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and loss of deposit, as it impacts scheduled clients.

• All designs are custom-drawn specifically for each client.

• Minor adjustments can be made the day of the appointment.

• Major design changes may require rescheduling and an additional deposit.

• As the appointment date gets closer custom designs are sent out prior to appointments.

• Pricing is based on size, placement, detail, and time.

• Final pricing is confirmed before tattooing begins.

• Remaining balances are due the day of your appointment.

• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking.

• You must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo.

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required.

• No exceptions.

• Please disclose any medical conditions, medications, or skin concerns prior to your appointment.

• Inked by Jennifer reserves the right to refuse service if tattooing is unsafe for the client or artist.

• Proper aftercare instructions will be provided.

• Inked by Jennifer is not responsible for healing issues due to improper aftercare or neglect.

• Touch-ups are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Inked by Jennifer reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to disrespectful behavior, intoxication, or failure to follow studio policies.
